What is up with this, my CD player is not reading CD's at all and keeps coming up with the code PE-O. The only times I have got it to work is when I get the CD in and I skip to like track 10, and then only sometimes that works. Any suggestions or comments?

What type of CD are you trying to play?

When I had my OEM CD player, the only time I got that error was when I tried playing a CD-RW.

 

Does it work when the car is parked? mine used to do the same thing, and because my car was lowered so the car shook... Its probably because it doesnt have a good anti shock. Mine did the same thing you are talkign about, only whne i drove though.

My opinion/ solution, buy an aftermarket head unit. It makes a difference in sound quality too.
