Default Spoon / ITR Cams

Hi,

i have a set of Spoon cams, but the exhaust cam has a damaged lobe

Therefore my question: Can i use the ITR intake cam as exhaust cam with the Spoon intake cam ?

The cam specs:

Spoon Sports
11.53 mm, duration - 256 @ 1mm (Intake)
11.13 mm, duration - 245 @ 1mm (Exhaust)

Integra Type R
11.5 mm, duration - 240 @ 1mm (Intake)
10.5 mm, duration - 235 @ 1mm (Exhaust)

Is 11.5 mm lift too much for the stock valve springs ?

Thanks, Andre

Better would the other way round

EDIT:
Sorry, got you wrong...
I` d try spoon intake and itr exhaust cam.
Stay within stock powerband and you`ll be fine.
