spring rates

Default spring rates

i bought koni yellow shocks for my 97 civic hatchback.. now time to order my ground-controls. need some help with spring rates though.. im planning on swapping a b18c5 engine into my car later this year.. so with the added weight in front would i need stiffer rates up front alos.. i was originally planning on 400f and 450r, but now with the wieght up front im thinkin 450f and 450r... just some thoughts.. any opinions.. this will help out greatly as i am calling up g-c wednesday

p.s. this will be an auto x setup... so help please..!!

Search the archived topics there's a ton of threads about spring rates and autocross setup.

Give GC a call and see what they say but a 450/500# setup would be good.
