Do you want new or used parts?

New - http://www.TheAccordStore.com has new factory parts, as does http://www.HondaAutomotiveParts.com

Used - http://www.car-parts.com

I have three 94-95 EX alloys but I'm not sure if I'm going to sell or keep and find another one to make a complete set.

You could always check e-Bay for new and used parts.

Well I don't know how e-Bay is for bumpers but I do know they have had a few sets of 94-95 EX alloys in good condition go through in the past few weeks.

Have you tried posting a WTB for these parts in the classified section? You might be able to get some help there.
