superglue on dash!!! need off!! HELP!!
i ******* got superglue on my dash and its dried and crusty. i need to remove it without ******* up the dash itself, like dulling the finish or the color of it. any advice on what i can use that will remove the glue alone and not my dash! thanx
take a sponge and let it soak up hot water, then let the hot sponge sit on the glue area for a second or two (make sure you have paper towels or a normal towel handy to catch water falling down), then you should be able to gently peel it off. don't peel too hard.

very welcome. theres no need to buy stuff like goo-gone when you can use every products you have in your own home like a sponge and water.
hope it works out for both of you.

I'm not 100% sure on this but it might give you something to look into;
I think R/C plane builders use superglue in a lot of their construction and the have "de-bonders" for when they need to pull things apart again. I haven't tried these out yet so I can't say "you should definitely try this" but it might be worth a search on the 'net. Also, if you have a good local hobby shop, ask a few questions there about cleaning up messes (model builders often have spills and can be quite willing to help out other people because they know how much it sux to get in that situation)
