Default Brakes need help :)

Ok so last year i was lapping with my 13" DX stock tires and my brakes were good. I just put new pads and disc on (raybestos) nothing special as a make. But now i have my 16" on with my new nubbers and although the new nubber is so much more stickey. I have problms locking up.... How can i get my EG to brake like a go kart with out a rear disc swap. Is there a set of pads that i can use? Is ther a way to get some 11" disc on my car with my same caliper? or am i doomed with medioker braking unless i got Type R conversion or some sort of Huge expernsive brake kit.

thanks guys

For track use, give Carbotech or Cobalt Friction a call.

Does the DX have the same fronts as the EX, Si, or GSR? Maybe swapping to one of those setups would help. No need for new wheels (but the 13" won't fit anymore) and pretty easy swap.

nope, dx's have the tiny 9" setup, the others are all 10".. just go with a new set of pads for now and see how you like it.. it's amazing how big a difference good pads actually make..
