Default are these mount inserts any good?

My stock engine mounts are pretty worn. Will these stiffen my motor?

Probably some of the best $20 you can spend for stiffening up your chassis. They make an incredible difference, especially if your mounts are worn. The only side effect is the vibration, as the other people mentioned. It's not that bad though.

realistiaccly how bad is the vibration? I have had these sitting in my closet for months & I am about to install them w/ my ZC- does it vibrate contsantly or only at idle, and how bad is it really?

you get used to it... I dropped a new engine in at the same time I did the mounts, so some of my vibration was the new engine breaking in. At cruizing speeds I don't even notice anymore.

If you are cheap just fill your stock mounts with 3m window weld. It's only like $11 per tube.
