so for those of you that installed HID kits in your cars how did you mount them? the is no screw holes or anything to hold them down. am i supposed to get mounting brackets or something?

 

if you get the plug and play versions, you just have to plug them in like normal lightbulbs, then mount their ballest in a location where you see fit. Really it should only take you about an hour at most to install them. The only hard or tedious part it running the wires cleanly and mounting the ballest in a good location. (I found that under the ABS bracket is a good spot for one, andthe other can be mounted on the wheel well inside skirt.

 

yeah i got the plug and play version. the only question i have is how did you fasten the ballest to the car?
it seems as if i am gonna need some sort of brackets. i found laces to mount them just not sure how to secure it

 

I just used doublesided tape for the spot under the ABS module and used doublesided tape for the other side as well. Both areas hold them tight so they wont beable to fall or move.
