Does anybody know where I can find the torque specs for the head of an h22a and also the internals such as the torque specs for the cams and everything. If anybody knows of any place i can find them lemme know, I need them ASAP to get the motor together.

And here I was all ready to spit out 156 ft. lbs... doh.

 

Torque specs for the head are in 3 steps:
1st 29ftlbs, 2nd 56ftlbs, and 3rd 74ftlbs from the center out, in a criss-cross pattern

Cam journal specs are 20ftlbs (12mm bolt heads) and 9ftlbs (10mm bolt heads) from the center out, in a criss-cross pattern.
