my car lights surge.. replaced the battery and it was a little better but it still does it when my cars not warmed up. i figured it was my alternator but.. when i got my battery replaced at schuck's they said they tested my alternator and said it was working fine but they dont really do a thorough electrical check do they? was thinkin about taking it to an auto electrical store but i dont wanna get ripped off and have em do a bunch of **** when it could be somethin small like some loose wires or somethin

anyone else had this problem, know what could be the problem, cost to fix, etc thanks
