Guys.. This is the question. S2k Or Mkiv Supra TT? I expect almost all of u guys to say s2k but can u give me some good reasons why?

It really depends on what you want. If you want massive amounts of HP and torque and don't mind a little heavier car then go for the Supra. ya ya, i there are exceptions but here is the deal:

drag = supra
autox style = S2k

If you have money get the supra, there is nothing wrong with having a 10-11 sec street car.

It all depends on what you want. Like M-Type said, if you want to turn get the s2k, if you like going staight get the Supra. From what I've seen women like the S2k better ( if thats your purpose )

 

Apples and Oranges. I love both cars, I own an S2000 because I prefered a roadster over a drag racing car. At some point in the future I do plan to build up a Supra though. Its all about what you want to do with it. Right now, I would rather be canyon carving with the top down

 

the supra has great potential to get crazy hp (like 600+ rwhp). if you're into high hp and high-speed racing get the supra TT. i prefer the s2k since its a convertable, its N/A(i like n/a better, less problems), has excellent looks and has excellent handling(is very tossable and light compared to the big, heavy supra).

i had a choice b/w a used supra, brand new s2k, new 350z, evo8, etc... and as you can see i chose the s2k b/c its just so fun to drive(although not the 'fastest').

 

Mybrother built a wicked fast 98 Supra TT and he made 1122hp at the wheels, it cost all in all about 90 grand for all the wrok, parts, and car. That thing turned like it was its job. His best 1/4mile time was I think 10.22 or 10.42. I loved that car and it was scary. 189mph at 3am 6/19/02.

 

Thanks for all the replies ... im only 15 but i have around $5,000 with me im turnin 16 september 10. And im like 60% thinkin of a Supra cause even though its old its a classic ive wanted that car since i was 6 and supras have good handling .. like i said im pretty young so im prolly gonna go with the supra Thanks Alot guys!!.

get the Supra man .. are you crazy ? 97 Toyota Supra TT .. damn man it's got looks and power to boot. wow man supra will own. the S eh whatever, just get a Supra if u wanna be happy.
