Default Is an oil feed flange needed (for t3/t4)?

Do I need to get a separate flange for the oil feed? I know you do for oil return and I see a lot of places selling it, but how about for the oil feed? The only place I've seen it for sale is:

oh I forgot, the inlet is already threaded, but since there are the 2 bolt holes as well, do they presume that one would use a flange on top? TIA

I bought one from sr20 because it makes buying the fittings for the feed a lot easier. The thread on the turbo is not a standard thread and is hard to find. I used the flange because it is a 1/8' thread which is easy to find fittings for. Lois at SR20 is a great guy and he ships products out very fast.

use a 90 degress fitting, it look cleaner and seal better as well...
