Koni shocks with Ground Control sleeve coilovers , is this a good spring rate .... 400lbs in front and 350lbs in back ? or should i get higher rates ? Note that i do have a system in back of the car ( Box, woofers, amps etc) Looking ofr stiff ride but nothing that will brake my bakc or should i step up the spring rates higher ?

 

id rather have 400 front and rear

 

I'm got 450lbs up front and 375lbs in the rear.

 

With you guys having them how do they ride and wiht what shocks are you guys using ? and problems or downsides ?

 

hey showoff. so you deciding to ditch the tanabe setup? thought you were going to keep it. jes wondering how the sustec's rode were they smooth when u slamed it?

and did they go low? cuz rite now i have apexi worldsport and considering a upgrade.
