My friends OEM cd player rarely will play a CD. It usually only does when it gets a little warm and sometimes not even at all. We have to keep ejecting and putting the CD back in and sometimes it eventually will play it. It usually comes up with the error E - 00 or something after attempting to read it. Anyone else experience this?

 

are you using a cd-r/cd-rw or a regular cd...i've seen error pop up on a burned cd before, but not on a regular one. if you get it constantly, take it back to the dealer..if the car is still under warrenty, they'll swap out a new one for you.

 

yup mine did it was just the fuse so tell him to check his fuses
