89 honda civic will not crank

Default 89 honda civic will not crank

the car will turn over but not crank. the feul mixture is to rich. and when it does crank will not recrank after warming up, and will not crank in hot weather. does anyone have a solution? or at least be able to tell me exactly whats wrong.
would be very thankful for an answer.

That sounds alot like the main relay,When it gets hot,the relay which supplies voltage to the fuel pump quits working..
I replaced my fuel pump thinking it quit,but it was the relay all along..
