Default 4th gen mirrors

is there a difference between the 2 door and 4 door mirrors on the 4th gen accord? i've been on different sites and such, and they all refer to 4dr mirrors. do they make a 2dr mirror? or are they the same?

they have different part numbers at < http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/ >. you should look for your exact year and model (then compare to another model) at the website to be sure. yu might want to look for it at the junk yard also, you'll save lots of money. if you are getting a power mirror from the junkyard, better check to make sure it works or get some kind of return policy.

that sucks, sometimes i feel like i get gipped with my 2dr when they dont make parts for it. THe reason i was wonderin what the difference was is because i wanna get some M3 style mirrors on ebay, but they all say 2dr. o well.

if for some reason they are a hair different usually you can replace the surroundings to adjust to the 4-door version for cheap.. for example, as you know there are not many tail light options for your 2-door, so take the trunk lid off a 4-door to accomidate. the same can be done with your mirrors, just not to the effect of new doors obviously.

5thGen M3 mirrors work also.....with some minor dremel modification. No need to redrill if done right.

I'd try the 90-93 2dr versions....they have the chance of needing less modding if any at all to fit.
