Track's spectators fee question...ASAP!

Track's spectators fee question...ASAP!
Hey when they say "Free Fun Racing" only pay spactators fee - does it mean you only pay that fee per CAR or per PEOPLE? I mean if I bring four friends with me will I have to pay just $12 or $48? Thanks let me know ASAP, cause I wanted to go to the track today!
