Hi all, just wondering what class I would run in with the below mods.

Skunk2 Coilovers w/ Koni's
DC Lower tie bar
Front and rear strut tower braces
CAI/Header/exaust
Hoosiers on my stock fat 5 rims

I raced in CSP already once this year but nobody was clear on why I should have been put in that class. Been told I might be in DS or DSP but again not clear on why.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

 

DSP since you use Hoosiers. STS if you run on street tires.

I was told the DOT approved Hoosiers wouldn't take me out of stock class? These aren't full blown slicks.

 

The Coilovers, Tie Bar, Strut Braces, CAI and Header take you out of stock.

 

So then those put me in DSP?

I believe you that I'm in DSP and I thank you for that. When I go to the next local autocross I'd like to explain to them why I'm racing in DSP instead of CSP which they put me in a few weeks back. I'm not challenging your knowledge just hoping you could fill me in on the rules per-class for my car.

CSP is for the Type R.
