Undoubtedly. Fly to Chicago on American (AA), United, Delta, Northwest, US Air, or Continental, and you will almost always be arriving at O'Hare (although some of them have a handful of flights to Midway). Fly on Southwest, ATA, or Airtran, and you'll be coming in to Midway. We lost the city's third airport (Meigs) last week, so those are now your only two options in the city. General aviation traffic has a bunch of airports to choose from in the burbs, of course.
