Default Wiring headlights in JDM Front conversion

Hi got my parts and all, with headlights and looking at my stock lights the plug loom for the lights is different. I have 9006 and 9005 on each side. The JDM light has 9006 and H1 with the park light next to it. This JDM loom from the headlight is brown and has 4 teminals i can see on the inside.

How do i get this headlight to work?
Also i dont see any wiring for the center yellow lamps just a black cover for it.

I dont think these are HID, i got no balasts, but really how can you tell by looking?

Someone please help.
Thanks.

You do not have HID, and do a search, this has been covered numerous times
