JDM ones are a dime a dozen.

I sold my USDM cluster for $200-220, can't remember the price.

This is true. People believe it's illegal to do so, but I contacted the DMV. It's illegal to change it to a DIFFERENT mileage than the ACTUAL mileage of the VEHICLE.

the law actually says if you have to replace the guage cluster/odometer and are not able to adjust it to reflect the actual mileage of the vehicle...a sticker must be placed on the vehicle to indicate the difference in miles.

I don't know who does it though. Isn't it electronic? or can you move it with your finger?

take apart the cluster, and take some really small flat head screw drivers, and a few pins, and you can unclick the lock thats holding the dial in place, then spin it with your fingers
i remember doing a few at my dad's shop, when we had to swap over some interior on a few strip cars =\
all the new cars ie: honda accords, are all digital, so i dunno how you can change those..
my car is an mid 90s and its digital.
