Default need help with suspension setup

I currently have h&r sport on stock shocks and I am looking to get a full coilover system. I was planning on getting a set of used tein hr with itr lca and pillowball mounts locally but i just found out these only lower 1.7" front and 2.0" rear max. so, I need opinions on a good full coilover preferrably under 1000 with stiff spring rates (at least 400+/300+) and adjustability at least 2 inches all around. thanks.

they have a pretty damn good range of adjustability. just go to tein.com, you can see on their site.

I found it, yeah it looks like they have very good adjustability as well as dampning adjustability which the HR does not. I guess this is my dillema I can get the HR with 15k miles on them and itr lca and pillowball upper mounts for 600. It wont be the ride height I want and it wont have adjustable dampning but it will have the pillow mounts and the helper springs. Or I could spend 250 more and get brand new ss which will have the height and dampning I want without pillow mounts and helper springs... I think the ss might be the better choice.

Honestly who cares about pillowball ball mounts and helper springs, if you don't have the proper damping??
