Yea, they are 13 inch.

Honestly, I have no clue what the going rate on these wheels are. I don't want to get flamed for a asking price too high.

vx are like 100-200.
hx are like 200-300.

They might clear the rear though. A friend of mine once had 13" steelies on the rear of this GS-R. I'd get these and use them as "skinnies" for the rear.
