Default which springs????

I just found a wicked good deal on tanabe springs (and in Canada too!) but I'm not too sure wheather to go with the NF (Normal feel) or GF (Grip feel). They are going to be mixed with Koni Special's (Red) and a comfortable ride is a must but if I can get more performance without losing too much comfort I would consider it. the spring rate of the NF's is 10% stiffer then stock and the GF's are between 20 and 30% stiffer then stock. Do the GF's sound too stiff to be comfortable or should they be fine, and do the NF's sound to tame to give any performance gain? any help would be great.

Grip feel. The normal feel is probably too soft of a spring and shock combo.
