if my hose where clogged in anyway would the MIL come on?

I doubt it unless you are getting the VTEC codes on your MIL.

 

would anyone like to confirm this? I am reading a MIL 21 (solonoid) so I thought it might be a clog.

 

Has it been working for a while then suddenly stopped working or did you just get everything installed and it's not working from the start? I would check the wiring and solenoid itself before the oil feed line.

 

solonoid and wiring are fine, I checked the plumbing and its fine so now I am going to get rid of the odb2-1 converter and install a vtec engine harness... noone can seem to figure this out very frustrating... three shops up in portland said they had no clue that they have never seen anything like this

 

you can put 12v to the solenoid to see if its working (rarely goes bad)
