Default Air Fuel Tuning a GSR

Just curious to know what some of you guys are doing. I dont wanna go to the the dyno yet since i;m saving up for some cams and cam gears. For now my car has i/h/e and a skunk 2 intake manifold. But in the mean time i want to play with this thing

Where have other GSR owners found the best spot to put the vtec hit, and what do you guys set the air fuel at to save milleage and gain power.

I have the field's AFC but it is basically the same as the Apex-i one.

Just tell me some results, whp #s, A/F ratio settings in +/- 1 % increments. What is too lean, what is too rich? Anything related will help.
