The only EX's that had rear disks were the Sedan's with ABS...not that common at all.

The parts that you will need are:
1. Rear disk brake assembly with ebrake cable attached
2. brake lines for disk brakes. similar to the ones used for the front brakes
3. Brake fluid

There a two ex coupes here locally with rear disc, they are all stock except one has some borbets (that how I noticed the disc) and my cousin owned one that had rear disc, coincidence or not they were both white cars don't know years these are the only 92-95's I had seen with them. As for the brake swap you just need the rear hub assembly= hub, rotor, caliper, lines, and e-brake cables.
some 92-95 ex's with ABS came with rear discs.
I have a 98ex w/rear discs, but I put them on myself. Anyways, just follow the howto at http://www.hazone.com . I used them to do my install and didn't have any problems.

My old roommate's 94 Civic (dunno if it was a Canadian model registered in CA or what) had rear disc brakes and ABS. But back to the original subject, just get the rear trailing arms and ebake cables and the rest is pretty much interchangeable - just use the 94+ Integra parts. Now on an EK, I'm figuring out what's the same and what's different for my "new" car
