ok, i sent him a money order over a week and a half ago. he said no problem, i will ship it out right when he gets the money order. i was like ok. he received the money order last thursday and said he was going to ship it out friday. well needless to say he still hasnt shipped out my vafc and he will not answer my phone calls when i call him. and then if he does, he says, just call me back and he is just feeding me a line a ****. I WANT OTHER PEOPLE TO BE WARE OF THIS SELLDER CAUSE HE HAS SOME OTHER STUFF UP FOR SALE. DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID. if he would just send me the vafc, there would be no problem. i have asked him for the tracking number and he hasnt given me one. just be careful of who you buy from because this dude is shadey as hell.

even if he were to have gone to the casino and blow all his money, that still dosn't justify not shipping something that he sold and already accepted payment for. if he wants to blow all his money at the casio, thats his decision, but that shouldn't keep him from shipping something that's already been paid for.

Last time I checked both FedEx and UPS deliver on Saturday. Now, it's a greater cost, but they do deliver. I ship every day at work, and I have even set up Saturday deliveries.

 

hey hey hey, calm down people! i know bonitapplebaum, he bought my es muffler and my tanabe piping, and i bought my full itr cat back off of him! he even drive all the way to my place instead of meeting halfway! i have him my catback w/ only $100 deposit because he wanted to put it on first, and you know what, he came back! i'm sure he's just a lil buzy of whatever so you'll get ur v-afc. it's weird that you haven't gotten it yet though... i saw him like.... iono.... 2 weeks ago i think it was and he had the v-afc in his car, my friend wanted to buy it for like $250 i believe it was. he said he couldn't sell it because someone else was sending him the money order, i'm guessing that was you. he has the vafc, i can assure you that, and he will ship it, if not i'll call him up myself and see what's going on. just calm down, i'm sure everything will work out fine.

thanks guys. i hope he sends it out because that is just bogus. he already has the money and i havent heard a word that he has shipped it out at all. i just want what i paid for and i want it in working condition. that is not the way this board is run, meaning a scammer making money, but a place where people with the common interest come to buy used and new parts to make there rides nicer. if i do not get my v-afc, then i will post his phone number. i tried calling him tonight and he didnt pick up and i also called him yesterday, plus a message. no return call. at least have the decinsy to pick up the phone and let someone know what is going on who has already shelled out the cash. i will not be on the computer for the next three days because i am putting the car in IMPORT REVOLUION in chicago. i have been looking foward to this even all year long and i am not goin to let this bring down my weekend. anyways, peace out and i will check the board when i get home. lata

He may not be a scammer, but if you're gonna post and sell stuff, you should atleast have the decency to either A) keep the buyer informed if stuff comes up or B) just ship the damn product!!

 

i dunno man. i know jason and he's coo as hell with me. maybe he just lagged a little. kinda bad as a seller but we're all just students trying to fit every little thing into our tight schedule. i've messed up once sending lugs out 3 days late because i had to run errands. i'm a very honest seller tho and i wouldn't give anyone the run around. anyways....what does jason have to say?

I'm the one that recently bought the spoon cover from him. He doesn't seem like a scammer, real nice guy. You might want to try and IM him and try to resolve this issue. He is pretty busy and made time to come out and swap covers with me. So just try talking to him again, he's ok in my book.
