Default b18b and b20z cams, are they the same???

i thought that i read somewhere that these two cams were the same, the b20z has higher compression and bigger bore, but they both had the same cam profile. does anyone know for sure? i've got a b20b and some ls cams laying around, i thought if they were i could throw those cams in for a few extra hp. any input is appreciated! thanks!

The B20Z has a lower compression and bigger bore.

No horespower in those cams, they may not be the same but, your not going to notice anything.

no the b20z has higher compression forsure.

the b18b and the b20z cams should be the same (p75). Your b20b may or may not have the same cams, depending on info you havn't yet revealed.
