I'm working with a 98 honda civic and the wipers stay on when key is on. My guess is a faulty switch but it feels like its moveing ok. it clicks into every postion firmly. and the speeds slow and fast work well. I was just wondering if there may have been another fault somewhere else that is common to this problem.
