my roomate said his car has been being goofy lately... like he was driving it getting on the freeway the other day and the car wouldnt **** into fourth... like the computer wouldnt let it something of that sort... and the D4 light was blinking as this was happening... the engine light has been on for the past few days but the tranny hasnt been doing it lately! i scanned the codes and they were P0700 = Transmission Control System Malfunction AND P1705 = Automatic Transaxle...
BTW this is a 96 civic ex...

any help on this? thanks
