cam question

Default cam question

Somebody said Civic type-r cam is better than integra type-r cam, is that right? which one is good???

One has a more aggressive intake profile
The other has a more aggressive exhaust profile.

CTR intake cam has higher lift I believe the 2000 and up ITR's are the same as CTR someone correct me if im wrong here, the exhaust cams are the same though.

Exhaust cams are EXACTLY the same on the CTR and ITR

CTR intake cam has a LITTLE more duration but same lift as the 2000+ ITR intake cam.

1999 and below ITR cams have less lift and duration then the CTR cam.
