Default speed limiter removal

does anyone know how to remove the speed limiter on the 2001 honda accord or any other simple mods.....thanks

there's HKS SLD (Speed Limit Defencer)... $110-145 retail... not sure if they fit Accords... http://www.hksusa.com/products/?id=781

the Hondata systems also remove the speed limiter... http://www.hondata.com/

you can get a pivot speedmeter from http://www.spwusa.com

i think it's around $120.

how fast do u wanna go ? my freind has an 2000 or 2001 and he took his car up to 140-145 MPH and my freind with an 1999 accord coupe 4 cyl we took that also to 135MPH so thsoe speeds are find unless you top out at 112-122 MPh
