Default Looking for a good place to buy an Axle..

I want to replace my passenger side axle, due to a severely ripped CV boot(who knows how much junk got in my cv joint...) I really dont want a remanned axle, but would prefer either a factory OEM or an aftermarket axle. Anyone know any place(s) that have good deals, or good product? FYI, its a 5spd r/h axle I need

http://www.driveshaftshop.com

If you are planning for some serious power upgrades these babies can handle it. They just released some axles that can handle up to 500whp.

Got 'em today. ( 7 calendar days).

97 Accord 5 speed

6 month warranty and 400 hp capability

Right RA39702L2
Left RA39703L2

The 120000 miles I had on the stock ones had taken their toll.

I'll post fitment issues if any later tonight.

Got em in. No problems with fitment even though they look a little different.

(I worry about crap like this since I really dont have an accord, but have yet to find a difference in the cars....except cosmetically)

Damn those look nice and pretty beffy. From what I hear the stock accord axles are some of the stronger honda ever made. Matter of fact drive shaft shop told me at one point they use accord componets in some of there B series axles! Dont know if this is still true however.

Side note how long did your axles hold up under boost?

Stock axles are very strong, no need to go w/ driveshaft shop unless you got a seriously boosted car.. For stock OEM replacements (not remans) check out http://www.raxles.com

If you plan on seriously pumping out over 250hp to the wheels then driveshaftshop axles (or similar) are necessary. But for the rest of us, the stock axles are more than adequate.

well, im making a little over 200 to the wheels now, all motor, with the nitrous, yea I will be over 250, closer to 260-270. so maybe I should invest in some driveshaftshop axles, any other comparable companies?
