i must be retarded. but how do you seperate the door to get to the window assembly inside. i need to install my power window kit. it seems its welded together but i have barely any light to get a good look

 

remove the door panel. from the inside, there is always hidden screws so be carful before you yank on things, buy a helms manuel.

 

yea door panels off and the handle is off. theres a bunch of nuts and **** but they seem to just hold the assembly to the inner side of the door. i dont see any nuts or screws that look like they are holding the 2 pieces together. and i dont even see a crack where the 2 pieces seperate actually. looks almost like the assembly was installed and the door was welded together. but that doesnt make sense
