FIA 86 driving suit - NASA legal?

FIA 86 driving suit - NASA legal?
I'm reading the NASA GCR and from what I can tell, it appears that a 3-layer FIA 86 suit would be legal. It's not clear if I would have to wear an extra layer or if the suit alone would suffice. The suit in question does not have a SFI rating on it.
