heres the serial...now what TRANNY do i have???

i have a 98 TEG with a B16A2 block and a B18 vtec head...

on the block next to the B16A2 it says 1HGEM1152XL056185

i heard that i can find out what tranny i have from that number???...can anyone tell me what i have???...thanks

that's your VIN number, look toward the passenger side, near the floor and try again

look for the tag on the tranny, it should say Y80, S80, or Y1 or something similar to those.
