you're right about the bolts and clips. there's about 6-8 bolts and clips that hold the entire lip up from the bottom. the only drilling i would assume you'd need to do is drill the side (inside of bumper near fender well) to get the 2 small screws to keep it in.

They're the same ones used to hold the 94-97 bumper pieces together.

I've got (9) left over of the bolts, but I don't have anymore clips or screws/clips. You need (7) clips and bolts.

Can you guys please tell me the part numbers for the clips and screws? Because I would like to order them for my ITR front lip. Right now I'm just using generic screws. Thanks.

To get them to line up with the holes you need to really push the lip in hard!!

yeah, that's what i'm going to do this week-end, just buy some bolts from home depot, and bolt that lip in, the clip and bolt didn't work for me cause for some reason the buttom lip doesn't line up with the grooves and we tried everything and it just won't line up

They're not lining up? Hmm...do you have the OEM ITR lip or some aftermarket brand?

That zip-tie idea isn't a bad idea - kinda ghetto fabulous but it should work!!! LoL.

I'd put as many bolts and screws that there are holes for - believe it or not, someone stole my ITR lip right off my car almost a year ago!!! Make it as secure as possible.
