i just picked up a 91 ef, and i want ti know what other front lip will fit in it, i have seen the wings west lip on a few hatches however they seem to fit a little funny.

Everything works with the right amount of money and custom work done. But as for bolt on or even looking good for that matter, no It would look like ***, Fit like ***. Pretty much its way to damn ghetto. So just get a stock lip and be happy

dude, don't give in to that ww crap, just rock the stock bumpers and work out the lip problem on the way, i have been thinking about a hd lip, but i don't want my ish to look ghetto.

hey, here's what I did, I put a second gen Legend stock lip on my hatch. It looks pretty nice in person...the pics are kinda dark. It really looks like it was made for the car. didn't have to make any kind of modifications. The ends are screwed on a lil too high, but i'm gonna lower it a little bit. Here are some pics:

Last time i was at that site it had a button you could click on that changed it to english.....it was in the lower left hand corner.

 

hey thats a nice mod well fitted....the thing that i did was take a large piece of paper and press it up to the bottom of the bumper and trace the corner curves of your bumper with about 1 foot of tracing on either side...then of course measure the perimeter of your bumper

then take the traces to a junkyard and find lips that follow the same contour and have the same dimensions you'd be suprised and also there are some very nice ones!! i haven't figured which way to go yet but there is a lip from a Nissan Maxima (have no idea what year looks maybe 88-92) that is almost identical to J's Racing Lip...just keep you eye out and find something that fits nicely.

 

why'd you post EF9 in your topic header? do you have the JDM front end? this would change the results we are telling you

 

NipponRacing, the lips looks good! I'm gonna get one of it. Now, my EF2 with EF9 bumper has no lips, gotta fit it with one in near time!. By the way, does the lips fit in just like that or need to modify a bit?

 

it's actually a legend lip put on upside down. there were no cutting or anything. I just screwed it in. I'll try to take some day pics.

 

yo, please get some fresh pics of the hatch with the legend lip on it, i have got to see it up close. from what i can see it looks like it could come out pretty sick. oh yeah, what year legend was it from exactly!
although off topic, but still body related. sonic's hatch at area51 here in cali has side skirts from some other civic, i think a eg, do any of you guys know if they fit, or how to fab them to fit? just curious!
