how can i tell the difference between ITR valve springs and GSR/B16??

Is there a way a can tell what valve springs and retainers they are if they are taken out of the head???

yes, itr valve should let u rev up to 9300 rpm(i recommend not to try this, could end up spending a lot of money)

i think the itr valve springs are oval. Someone correct me if im wrong.

i've heard they are oval..i just put a set in my car..and didn't even pay attention to it..well type r exhaust sprigns are the same part # as gsr intake..the only "R" specific sprigns are the intake springs..
