I want to get a cd player in my EK but I like the way the OEM head unit fits instead of my Alpine, my question is, if I get the OEM CD player that replaces the tape deck down near the cup holders will it play burnt CD's, because I know many CD players that don't so I don't wanna go through the trouble if it can't. Thanks

 

someone's gotta know how well the oem cd players take burnt cd's

 

A buddy of mine has a 2000 EX and uses burnt CDs. He doesn't comlain.

 

My OEM 99 Si head played CDR without any problems.

 

my buddy also plays burnt CD's in his 2001 teg and they work fine
