Default oem shiftknob

can anybody tell me the part number of the oem type-r shiftknob? or better yet, a place to buy [a new] one (fairly cheap) online? i really want one, but don't want to have to go to the dealer.. they'd rip me a new ******* on the price. thanks

You will get ripped everywhere you go because it retails for around $180 I beleive. Better luck buying a used one.

what about from from acuraautomotiveparts.net? i thought they'd have them for pretty cheap, compared to everywhere else.. but i cant find it on their website. that's why im asking for the part number of the shiftknob, to search for it. can anyone help?

It's still going to be expensive brand new from a dealer. The cost is high.

The OEM metal billet shift **** for the 2002 Acura RSX (p/n 08U92-S6M-200A) fits well and only costs $44.00

I can't see any justification for spending $150 + for the "real" titanium Type R ****.

But the OEM bling from the RSX is just that, it's from an RSX.

And besides, it's shaped a little bit differently, looks funny to me. I had one but I opted to get the OEM ITR one instead

I believe the base model RSX is only a 5 speed. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
