Default JDM Headers on fairly stock ITR's..

Been wondering something..

How do the Spoon, JUN, Mugen, etc.. (JDM Performance Headers) perform on fairly stock USDM R's? If the car is not very modded up (cams, etc..) will they do more harm than good? Would a JDM 4-1 or DC JDM 4-1 be a wiser choice for a close to stock ITR. I will be using the nitrous, but most of the time, I will be off the button, and I don't want to lose torque for street use.

Was the Hytech header designed to work on a stock ITR or modded one?

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Jon
