for a 98 dc4, does anyone have a "DIY" site that works and gives a lot of detail?

 

u cant figure out how to connect pipes with couplers and add a filter?

 

what's a dc4? I thought all the 3rd gen integra's were dc2.

I can't remember the site but it's not that hard. Home depot or Lowe's is your friend.

Go to http://www.jcwhitney.com and get the 3" Mandrel Bent 180 degree 18"long piping. Just searh "mandrel" in their search box. I bought that and made myself a CAI for my civic. I know that the cuts will be different between a civic and a teg, but you should be able to figure out where it needs to be cut and such. http://www.teamdelsol.com has instructions on how to make it for a Civic...you can use those to get a general idea.

 

then goto Home depot and buy some piping or PVC whatever yopu want, and try it urself, its very simple...measure cut, and couler with metal tightener things...

 

well, i just founda 2.5 inch diamater intake for 40, waht do you think?

The Home Depot clamps won't work with a 3" intake. You can co to a truck parts store and buy 3" ID coolant hose to connect the sections.

 

Go here jdmfan.com and click on technical, you'll see making custom CAI, lots of detail too.
