Default Expo Campers Revisited - Read.

Ok, I've setup the following with beaver run.

If you paypal'd me, sent me a check (and told me about it) or are going to pay me in person (and told me about it) during the WTDR caravan or early-ish friday at the track, then you are all set. Otherwise, you will pay the gate 10/person/night (this is the new part).

Now, it looks like we might have more than the 600 prepaid, so if that does happen, I'd prefer to use that money for water/soda/snacks/beer for those campers who prepaid. Doing refunds of 3-4 bucks each would suck *** simply because I wont have that many singles on hand anyways. Let me know your thoughts on that.

Also, a sticker will be affixed to your car so if you don't get it from the security guard or arrive early friday find me/trey and we will give you the sticker. This sticker lets the guard know that you have paid for camping so it MUST be affixed to your windshield (drivers side upper corner) otherwise the guard might not let you back in without wasting your time (and his/her's).

The guard will have a list of all participants/guests so as long as your name is on that list you will be able to pay the guard (this applies only to those that did not prepay).

The "pay-the-guard" setup was done because I've learned that some guests don't visit HT at all and didn't know about it.. soo..

Any questions/comments, IM me or reply to this post.

See you there!

Thanks for setting it up, Dave.

Can we have a bon fire, since it'll be freezing?

Sounds like someone's "on the ball".

Just picked up a color printer for the event, as well as photo paper and supplies.
Se you guys in a few, and yes Dave I owe you camping fees for 3 (which I will gladly pay you when we meet).

Anything is fine. Beer, food, drinks, anything. you choose. It will be hard to tell who has gotten what and who is eating everything....or drinking all the beer will be an even larger problem. I will see you wed or thurs at p1 dave so i can pay you.

How 'bout using the extra for some BBQ goodies Friday night?

Or a keg or two will do

Craig, if you can't get the TV (or don't want to bring "the good one") I have a 19" that I could bring. Just let me know.

Marc, unless you want us to cut the hype-r in half, the TV in the hype-r is useless

That's not for me to decide, the shirt's aren't my deal. Dealing with 3-4 bucks in any regards except pooling it for something (water/soda/snacks is probably not worth the effort imo.. since it'd be my effort

I'm thinking one night will be ok now because we should have the 600 prepaid. That's the only concern I have but if the we-todd's, etc pay up then we should be fine (we todd's/zyg and 2 guests/wtdr caravaners account for 23 campers...) 14 others have prepaid through paypal/check.

If someone prepaid for 2 but will only be there for one, IM me. As long as it doesn't get crazy I'll probably do refunds via paypal or cash for the one night (as long as we still pass the $600 mark of prepaid people)
