Planning to get an AEM for the PY ITR.

Usually I'd just get the silver color, but I know AEM offers them in Red now. Does the AEM Red match the valve cover well, or is the color off?

Any pictures would be appreciated.

Not really, the AEM red anodization is more of a "burgundy", vs. the Type R red.

That being said, it doesn't look that bad since it does add some color to the engine compartment.
What color is the car?

For PY, I'd suggest a silver AEM, and a mugen valve cover... That is if you have the $.

The AEM red is more metallic and darker than the valve cover.

Was in such a hurry to post I didn't read the whole question.
I see everyone's busy at work!?

 

I'm not a big fan of the combo. I had plans to get the red one also.. but after seeing a pic, I decided that the Mat Aluminum one looks better (for me) on the PY R. I did however see Ben Tang's CW ITR with the red AEM CAI and it looked pretty sweet. Hybridgen2 has a red AEM CAI on his PY ITR, maybe he will have some pics of that to post. I will ask him if he does, and get them if he doesn't see this post.
