my dad's '90 accord hesitates while driving steadily at around 50-60mph.
we changed the oil, tranny fluid, fuel filter and cleaned the injectors. before we changed these things, it would hesitate when we would take off from a dead stop as well. any opinions would be appreciated, thanks.

 

Does it hesitate under partial throttle around 1500-2000 RPMs, but not under WOT? Then the intake manifold EGR ports could be clogged, it's a common problem with Accords at our age. If you ever get a CEL with a code 12, then it's very likely.

Otherwise, let others check in, but possibly the distributor/spark plugs/etc as well?

 

i forgot, we changed the spark plugs too. thanks for the info.
