Does the HKS Power Ex exhaust run under the rear cross member?

Does the HKS Power Ex exhaust run under the rear cross member?
I need to know if the HKS Power extreme cat back exhaust runs under the
rear cross member or not...I know the Apexi n-1 does and I would not like to
go that route. Does anybody know for sure.
I have tried the search, and could not find what I needed to know.
When I went to the HKS USA web site the photograph is of an Ek hatch...(type-r)
It appears that it might go under the member, or it has a radical bend in the pipe
to angle that far and not hit the rear sway bar.
