Default To those with DC JDM header

Archive searching is disabled, so i'm just going to put up a thread.

Just to be clear I have a 1996 GS-R. I'm posting here because seems you guys may have more experience with this. Ok, I took my DC JDM header, Carsound cat, and 2.5" tubing to be installed/welded at a local muffler shop. Problem is, when the header was put on, the bottom of the primares were angled up somewhat and was causing a leak at the collector. I took at closer look and the header does not look to be abnormally bent anywhere.

Also they would not put in my Carsound, because I'm OBD2. (Cali ) Anyway, they fitted my exhaust to the Carsound, and modified my stock one to be put back on. I would just swap it out when I get home.

I'm thinking the leak can be further attributed to the header flange on the stock cat being too small. They did put a larger one on. I did not get the chance to compare the flanges between the stock and the Carsound, though. I will take pics and post them up later. Thanks.
