if you are putting them in a 90-91 b18a, u will gain about 8-9hp. If you ae putting them in a 92-93, you will gain nothing unless your old cams were really worn down.

word unless they are aftermarket cams then go ahead.

Yes it is a direct fit, as the b18b1 cams are slightly more aggresive.
